As the young baseball player I once was, I went through trial and error, banging my head against a wall trying to will my way into excellence. I had the work ethic, but no guidance. My passion for inspiring and assisting developing baseball players stems from the very fact that without guidance, most athletes end up spinning in circles trying to get better.

All athletes start somewhere, but the finish line can be very similar with the right guidance…

You have a long career of baseball ahead of you, but the fact is, it will end someday. When that day comes, do you want to wish you could have done more? Do you want to wish you could have tried harder? Or gotten the right help?

To get somewhere you have never been , you have to do something you have never done. Don’t leave any stone unturned, or else you will always think back to what could have been…
